I am dedicated to providing a warm and compassionate space where you can explore personal experiences and feelings while being fully supported to process and reconcile the nuance and complexity of life's many obstacles and challenges.
With a wealth of experience working with individuals during times of personal need, I offer careful, considered listening backed by professional skills.
My goal is to create a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental environment tailored to your unique needs.
I aim to help individuals recognise their innate capacity for resilience which can be overshadowed by life's frequent challenges and obstacles. There is hope and power in remembering that struggle and strength always coexist, though one is sometimes hidden beneath strong feelings such as sadness, loss, worry, or fear.
I am here to walk alongside you on your journey and I'm aware that reaching out can feel like a difficult step to take. I aim to meet that step forward with warmth and compassion.
As a fully registered member of the BACP, I aim to ensure the highest standards of practice and professionalism.
